Letter: Don’t hamper resettlement program
The letter is from Dauda Sesay, a Refugee Congress delegate in Baton Rouge. Dauda arrived in the U.S. in 2009, fleeing from Sierra Leone due to the horrible war that killed his father and younger sister. He is now a dedicated community advocate and would like the refugee resettlement program to continue. You can read the full text of his letter here.
We at LORI are committed to helping refugees like Dauda Sesay through our various speaking arrangements that help educate the entire Baton Rouge community, including students and employers, about what is going on with refugees and immigrants.
